Hineini for More

BS”D

Shalom,

I haven’t sent a promo email yet.
This isn’t really that.

We’re living in a very content-driven world, but what feels more appropriate to me right now is contact.

It’s snowing outside. One of those days where some of us are glued to our phones while our kids are baking muffins with toy cars in pots.
It felt like a good moment to say hi.

Let me put one thing out there.
2026 has been royally kicking my ass.

It’s hard. It’s difficult. And strangely grounding too, because there isn’t another life waiting for me besides the one I’m in. My assumption is that some of you know that feeling.

And honestly, it wouldn’t be my life without lifting between workouts and stretching through depth, but it’s been challenging.

Last week, my wife and I took our kids to Miami.
Yes, it was amazing. And there’s nothing quite as humanizing as being those people on a flight with two kids under three. It happens sooner than you think, and it’s over in a blink.

Baruch Hashem. Thrilling indeed.

We managed a little date night and went to the House of More for a couples paint night.
Because I like to manage multiple agendas, I also wanted to feel the space and actually sense what the workshop would be like.

The night was sweet.
My dolphin looks more like a beluga whale that needs a diet, but there was something beautiful and strangely precise about seeing it mirrored through the eyes of love.

That felt like the work.

Thank God, the workshop at the House of More is happening.

It’s six full breathwork sessions, with seasoned staff, in a space that’s actually built for healing, not borrowed and not improvised.

For some of you, it means time away.
A flight.
A clearing of space.
And with that comes focus.

There’s a shul.
And BH, the daf will definitely be happening.

A few reminders I’ve been gently nudging myself with:

Vulnerability is practice.
Acceptance takes discipline.
Trust takes resilience.
Letting go carries a certain grief.
And surrender, sometimes, means grace.

Your belief, your disbelief, in yourself, in God, or in both, is genuinely welcome here.

All of this in the hope of becoming a little friendlier with the unknown.

The workshop is a landing.
A place to come into contact with what’s real.
A place to be more honest.
A place to be more human.

If this speaks to you,
I’ll meet you there.

P.S.
Yes, it’s the House of More. And yes, the price is a bit more elevated because of the location and because this is capped at 13 participants.

It’s also the first time I’ll be running something in this space, which is exhilarating and a little anxiety-inducing.

Meaning, I’ll be stepping into my own pressure cooker again ;)

Hineini for More.
Welcome.
